Should India make an exception and export wheat to Nepal?
Speaking to the India Narrative, Dr. Posh Raj Pandey, Chairperson, SAWTEE, said, "In line with the provision of treaty, India had exported rice to Nepal in 2007-08 within a month after India imposed global export ban on rice."
